Advising on the Creation of a New or Development of an Existing Internal Audit Service
Many organisations are considering setting up an Internal Audit function or developing an existing service.
Alan Thomson, our Head of Internal Audit, Risk & Governance has over 17 years experience in working for and with in-house Internal Audit providers and consequently has a wealth of knowledge in relation to being able to advise organisations on such issues.
We will perform a quick assessment of the organisation's needs, including:
· Size of organisation;
· Services provided by the organisation;
· The organisation's risk exposure; and
· The organisation's structure.
We will then be in a position to advise on the best route to pursue in terms of Internal Audit Service provision.
