An experienced Strategic Human Resource Management and Management Assessment and Development professional, Paula leads our HR Consultancy services team.  A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, Paula has BA (Hons) Degree in History and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Training and Development.  She is a an Investors in People National Advisor, a UK mentor for National Training Awards and a Registered Psychometric Test User (BPS) Level 1 & 2 and Masterclass.  Paula joined Goldblatt McGuigan in 2006 and lives in Belfast.
